Professional end of tenancy cleaning in London
Moving out of a rented property usually ends with a check-out inspection. An inventory clerk, your landlord or the letting agent compares the property with the inventory taken at the start of the tenancy, and that comparison is part of how your deposit is decided. Our end of tenancy clean is designed around that inspection: a room-by-room move-out clean following a checklist we developed with input from estate agents and inventory professionals. It is for a property you have already moved out of, so belongings and rubbish need to be gone before we arrive.
What our end of tenancy cleaners cover:
- Kitchen: oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, cupboards inside and out, tiles, worktops and limescale on the taps
- Bedrooms and living areas: wardrobes and drawers inside and out, surfaces, skirting boards, radiators, light fittings, the inside of windows, floors

How we work
Every job follows the same order.
1Â We listen before we quote. When you contact us, we first find out what you need, what the property needs to be ready for and any specific requirements. We then advise on the most suitable service and what it should include, often after seeing a few photos or a short video, and only then give you a quote.
2Â We start with a walkthrough. On the day, the team goes through the property with you where possible, confirms what is booked and records the condition in photos and/or video before cleaning.
3 The slow jobs start first. The oven and heavy limescale are treated early so the products have time to work, while the team cleans the rest of the property

5 We review the work. Mira, who runs the company, reviews the before and after records. If something was missed, our 72-hour re-clean guarantee covers it.
Our cleaners are selected through an interview and document checks, and trained to our standards by our most experienced team. They bring professional equipment and choose the product for each surface: degreasers for the oven, limescale removers for the bathroom and gentler eco products for marble and granite.
