Cleaning prices in London
These are our current starting prices for every service. They are “from” prices: the final quote depends on the size of the property, its condition and what you need. For many enquiries we ask for a few photos or a short video, so the quote reflects the real condition of the property.
Parking fees, the ULEZ charge and the Congestion Charge are added where they apply, because they depend on the address.

What we value
- Prices are "from" prices and the final quote depends on the property.
- Quotes assume standard room sizes and a property in normal condition. Heavy limescale, mould, grease or rust costs extra.
- Full payment or the required deposit is due at least 72 hours before the clean, or when we confirm the booking if you book later than that.
- If there is no working lift and equipment has to be carried up the stairs, extra charges may apply.
- There are no agency fees on top of the price you are quoted
