Office cleaning in London
Top Cleaning GB provides office and commercial cleaning in selected areas of London, for small offices and larger commercial premises. We clean before or after working hours or at weekends, work to a cleaning specification agreed with you, and don’t tie you into a long-term contract. Regular office cleaning starts from £25 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum per visit.
Office cleaning is one of our additional services, so it is available in selected areas rather than across all of London: Hampstead, Highgate, St John’s Wood, Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Clapham and Canary Wharf, and parts of West, North and Central London. Send us your postcode to check.

What our office cleaning service includes
We agree a cleaning specification and cleaning schedule with you before the first visit. A typical regular office clean includes:
- Dusting desks, surfaces and shelves
- Cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out where needed
- Bins emptied and cleaned
- Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped
- Kitchen areas cleaned, including worktops, sinks and appliance fronts
A one-off deep clean of the office, or carpet cleaning, can be added when needed.
How we work with London businesses
- Cleaning times that suit you: before or after office hours, or at weekends.
- The same cleaner where possible, so they get to know your premises.
- Monthly invoices for regular contracts.
- Keys held securely, stored without addresses, phone numbers or alarm codes attached.
- Non-disclosure agreement available on request
Our cleaning staff are selected through an interview and document checks, and trained to our standards before they start.
How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use the office and how it is used:
- Daily office cleaning, or several times a week, for busy offices, shared kitchens and washrooms used by many people
- Weekly or twice weekly for smaller offices with a few staff
- One-off deep cleans before moving in or out, after refurbishment, or once or twice a year
We’ll suggest a frequency when we see the office and agree the specification with you.
What affects the cost of office cleaning
- The size of the office and the number of washrooms and kitchen areas
- How often you want it cleaned, and how long each visit takes
- Whether we supply the products and equipment
- Access, parking and city charges in Central London
A cleaning specification you can check
We agree a written list of tasks for each visit before we start: which areas are cleaned, how often, and anything that is done weekly or monthly rather than every visit. It means you always know what has been done and what to expect.

Frequently asked questions
From £89 for a room in a flatshare and from £210 for an unfurnished 1-bed flat with one bathroom. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property and whether it is furnished. Send us a few photos and we’ll give you an accurate quote.
Yes, and some tenants do. The areas that most often cause problems are the oven, limescale in the bathroom, the inside of cupboards and appliances, and skirting boards. If you are short of time or the property needs more than a regular clean, that is where a professional clean helps. Can I do end of tenancy cleaning myself?
Tell us the size of the property and, if you can, send a few photos or a short video. It lets us see the real condition and price the job accurately.
